Job Description:

As a member of our Project Execution Group you will dive head-first into delivering innovative solutions that advance businesses and careers. Involve in managing complex real-time projects with a solid understanding of the various financial and technical products and of the group’s business model.  You’ll join an inspiring team of project execution and technologists to create and improve implementation plan, analytics, development, that goes into creating high quality software and new products. Coming in with an understanding of the importance of end-to-end software development-such as Agile Methodology- is key.


As a Digital IT Project Manager, you will provide project support across multiple CCB and Digital Roadmaps including Mortgage, Consumer, and Business Banking as well as within Digital, Servicing and Payments (Quick Pay, Quick Deposit, Bill Pay, Wires) across J.P. Morgan Chase's Digital application suite (including Chase Online).


This position requires expertise with Project Management as well as Project and Software Delivery Life-Cycle methodology.


  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience. PMP or equivalent Project Management certification/s preferred.

  • Prior Agile experience as Digital IT delivery follows an Agile methodology

  • 7+ years of experience in project management and software development.

  • Experience in large, global multi-tiered organizations would be helpful

  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization

  • Excellent Business Management (operational) and good business analysis skills.

  • Strong process solution skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal relationship and communication.

  • Prepared to challenge when business requests seem conflicting and not following process.

  • Demonstrates initiative and is a self-starter.

  • Strong Agile & Waterfall Methodologies.

  • Strong Relationship-building skills.

  • Experience in the Card or Home Lending Line of business a plus.

  • High level of responsibility and Ownership

  • Ownership, transparency and escalation of risk issues when they occur in a timely basis

  • Manage clear expectations by establishing clear timelines, deliverables and milestones

  • Ability to prioritize key tasks effectively and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously

  • Ability to consistently execute responsibilities independently.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - ability to communicate clearly and effectively to multiple stakeholders

  • Fosters positive working relationships

  • Good team player with an ability to take judgmental call at times independently

Preferred Technical Skills: 

  • JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint

  • Clarity, Microsoft Office
