  • Providing extensive secretarial support to the Senior Management of Banking
  • Calendar management and associated tasks, i.e. booking conference rooms, audio visual equipment, copies, preparing docs & scheduling meetings, etc
  • Assisting and /or leading the organization of events
  • Preparation of sensitive and confidential information
  • Business travel arrangement in line with corporate travel policies, including prior approval, booking airline tickets, car services, hotels, itineraries; preparing documents for business travel, e.g. visas, new/amended passports
  • Processing of T&E and other expense claims
  • Creating and maintaining team-related schedules and contact lists: vacation schedules, emergency contact lists, mail lists, telephone lists, Travel Request database, Leave database, etc.
  • Logistics & arrangement of meetings for visitor(s); management meetings
  • Provide support for visiting executives
  • Providing general support including photocopying, booking meeting rooms, stationery re-ordering, filling, etc
  • Conducting research on regulation, economic data, news, upon request
  • Assisting in ad hoc project administration support when required
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience is preferred
  • Demonstrable experience as an administrator within a fast paced and demanding banking environment
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Korean
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, meticulous and self sufficient
  • Self-motivated and resourceful
  • Strong Microsoft Office capabilities
  • Ability to maintain strong relationships both internally and externally
  • Demonstrable experience of being able to achieve tight deadlines and multi-task
  • Strict attention to detail
  • Clear thinking and concise communication is important when interacting with different groups and balancing priorities
  • Self-disciplined in ethics and confidentiality
  • Ability to demonstrate utmost discretion and professionalism at all times
