Job Description:
Reporting to the China Head of GCB locally. The TS Ecommerce China Sales plays a critical role in developing and executing the global cash management sales strategy for China Ecommerce corporates. This is a critical role with client relationship management and deal origination for TS specific business, and financial accountability to complete the budget on China Ecommerce corporates.  The candidate will be accountable for driving Treasury Services financial goals from existing and prospective Ecommerce clients and working closely with regional and local Treasury Services sales personnel globally.
Key Accountabilities/Major Responsibilities:
  • Own and deliver against Local Corporate Ecommerce Cash Management financial targets Globally
  • As individual TS Sales to ensure core disciplines in Sales’ scope of work including TS Account Plan preparation/updating, CDMC deal reviews, pipeline management including proactive management of conversion cycles and revenue ramp up, and etc.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with Local Corporate TS Sales team in overall portfolio management of TS Ecommerce clients, and joining TS sales meetings and local deal reviews, pipeline analysis and reporting, and etc.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key coverage partners including Global Corporate Bank and Investment Bank (IB) to generate leads and maximize cross-sell of TS products and bundled solutions
  • Conduct regular cross functional reviews with peers in Client Service and Operations (locally and regionally) to ensure coordinated management of client relationships
  • Promote the Treasury Services business in the broader marketplace including press interviews and managing client events such as coordination of regular Economic Forums across Asia Pacific.
  • Ensure strong Sales Risk Management compliance (KYC, Reputational Risk) and adherence to client relevant Audit, Credit, Compliance and Risk policies
  • Participate in regular TS Management Meetings and Talent Reviews
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in new business development and/or relationship management at a senior level in a complex matrix organization (Critical)
  • Detailed knowledge of cash management services and products including collections, payments, account structures, and liquidity management (Critical)
