Receivables Operations (RO) provides remittance collection services for companies that receive payments from consumer and business clients. It provides state of the art technology, extensive check clearing network, ongoing expense reduction, timely updating of accounts receivables and reduced check float.
Wholesale Lockbox: With the use of a system network for Large Corporate and Middle Market customers, Wholesale Lockbox processes both consumers to business and business to business payments at multiple sites within the network.
The Receivables Operations Learning Associate will demonstrate the ability to develop staff through the design and delivery of training across multiple functions.  The Learning Associate will manage multiple training projects with fast-paced timelines. As part of the Organization Development Training Team, this role will focus on Receivables Operations production skills training (lockbox processing). The Learning Associate will be integral in supporting the efforts of the business to help achieve its long-term strategic goals.
  • Facilitate classroom and virtual functional training sessions supporting Remittance Edge application
  • Provide evaluation, coaching, and feedback to develop new hires and existing employees on job performance and skill development
  • Independently manage ongoing training programs; assess and recommend changes to training programs and provide input into development of new training programs
  • Manage process of scheduling training dates, coordinating resources, and maintaining records of training sessions and participants
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness by deploying measurement and feedback tools.
  •  Leverage Subject Matter Experts to assist with creating accurate, appropriate and engaging training material
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with management in order to ensure that the training curriculum addresses identified gaps and needs
  • Effectively collaborate and communicate with the CIB Organization Development Team, the larger CIB Human Resources organization, and other learning and development teams throughout JPMorgan Chase
  • Ability to handle stretch goals to assist with and/or lead complex projects
  • Develop "best-in-class" training to support the overall strategic priorities of the Wholesale Lockbox (CIB) back office staff
  • Bachelor's Degree and Lockbox knowledge (a plus)
  • Minimum of four (4) years of training experience
  • Knowledgeable with various learning and development methodologies
  • Ability to accomplish training through varied methodologies including self-paced instruction, instructor-led, and computer based
  • Demonstrate a high personal standard of quality and ethics in a deadline driven environment
  • Must have strong risk judgment, analytical, and problem solving skills
  • Strong time management skills, ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities with attention to detail
  • Ability to develop training material with limited guidance and/or existing documentation
  • Strong instruction and presentation skills; ability to bring material alive through effective delivery; ability to facilitate discussion in a way that creates interactive and engaging learning
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have strong relationship building skills
  • Experience in the financial services industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint (creating & editing presentations)
  • Ability to effectively communicate to multiple levels. EX: Front line associates up to and including Senior Management
  • Ability to educate others on system applications and functions
  • Ability to handle tight deadlines
  • Candidate must be able to work as an individual and in a team setting
  • Adaptable to working off-shift hours and week-ends on an as needed basis
  • Ability to travel as required (25%)
