This role is within the Global Liquidity & Account Shared Services (GLASS) Product Management Team which is responsible to execute the GLASS transformation program.  This program encompasses delivery of technology asset stability, simplicity and agility by leveraging new technologies to innovate product solutions, leverage big data and reduce cost in support of cash management solutions for global multi-national corporations and banks & broker dealer clients.

 

Within GLASS Transformation, this position will be part of a team that is accountable for the creation of the business definition, delivery, readiness, commercialization and product management of platform services, as well as the identification and delivery of opportunities for platform rationalization in support of globally consistent and market leading product solutions.  Initial focus of the role will be to deliver the full capabilities of the Virtual Account Management product and supporting a program to identify opportunities to expand the existing Liquidity products.

 

The core responsibilities of this position include:

  • Ownership for delivery of common product/platform services and platform rationalization:
    • Prioritization of roadmaps for build and launch phases
    • Identification and tracking key issues and risks and driving teams to solution
    • Delivery of routine updates to management and partners on project health and commercialization activities.

·         Partnership with global and regional product managers across LOBs:

o    Define and drive a globally consistent client experience

o    Document and agree product enhancements and opportunities for product/platform simplification.

o    Identify opportunities to eliminate manual processes and enhance risk and regulatory controls

    • Deliver a best-in-class E2E customer experience
  • Co-ownership of ‘Ready To Launch’ and commercialization with global/regional/LOB Product Managers and functional partners to:
    • Agree CS&I and Operating model
    • Identify pilot clients and completion of pilot programs
    • Plan and execute client transitions
    • Develop and leverage across regions/LOBs all internal and external marketing communications 
    • Partner on NBIAs when required
  • Execution of all post-implementation activities and BAU support for regional product managers

Experience

  • Experience of business transformation programs utilizing agile methodologies strongly preferred.
  • Proven product, operational or business management experience.
  • Banking knowledge, including knowledge of the TS business and Liquidity Management.
  • Track record of strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding and appreciation of risk and control environments
  • Liquidity or Account Services product knowledge desired.
