new position provides the opportunity to be part of the Banking Application
Development Team in a Support role of global applications. The App Dev
team is accountable for the systems being available during the required
business times, as well as their stability, hygiene and compliance with all
standards. The role will proactively monitor the health of the applications
regarding SDLC standards and Automation, Infrastructure stability in terms of
hardware and software component lifecycles. Will include Vendor interactions
for versioning/upgrades of 3rd party software platforms. This person
will liaise with Production Management team as a Level 3 support coordinator
for the Application Development team. Additional responsibilities will include
aspects of Change Management, Application Owner, and Risk/Controls, all from
the App Dev team perspective. A successful Application Dev Support team member needs to
possess technology savvy, business acumen, strong communication and internal
customer service skills to manage changing priorities and demands.

All internal moves will normally take place on the same grade and same salary. Salaries are reviewed annually in February. Exceptions to the rule regarding transfer on current salary may include a move between geographic locations.
