The Anti-Corruption Compliance Manager to be responsible for the design and implementation for the Global Anti-Corruption Compliance Program’s compliance monitoring efforts.  The role will be based in New York City and will report directly to the Global Head of Anti-Corruption Compliance. 

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the implementation and oversight of the Global Anti-Corruption  Compliance Program’s monitoring program designed to detect potential breaches of the Firm’s Anti-Corruption Policy.
  • Partner with various teams to access and utilize existing accounts payable, invoice, T&E and other systems data to develop robust monitoring plan to identify proactively and in real time potential breaches of the Anti-Corruption Policy
  • Partner with businesses and functions to help enhance controls
  • Solve complex data quality and data normalization issues in execution
  • Co-ordinate closely with the Global Anti-Corruption Compliance teams in North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regarding Regional and Global initiatives.
  • Hold strong relationships with Business, Finance, Compliance, and BCO colleagues.

 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 8+ years combined experience at a top large global company, audit firm or other relevant experience.
  • Strong practical experience and knowledge in accounting and controls
  • Experience with accounts payable, invoicing, T&E systems, anti-corruption and fraud detection preferred
  • Experience in data analytics and continuous control monitoring a plus
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills, including confidence in interactions with Senior Management.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with individuals across businesses and/or functions.
