Corporate Human Resources plays an integral role in designing, implementing, and managing global initiatives across the firm. The functional areas within Corporate HR include global Recruiting, Training, Talent and Development, Career Management, Diversity, Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations, Technology, Finance, HR Service Delivery, and Workforce Analytics (WFA).

Our mission is to create workforce insights that allow leaders to make evidence-based people decisions that help drive measurable business outcomes. We are currently recruiting for a Vice President to build and lead a new Workforce Analytics utility out of Warsaw, Poland.
Position Overview & Responsibilities
This role will represent the Global Workforce Analytics team in the EMEA region and play a central role in establishing the Workforce Analytics utility in Poland. S/he will have significant exposure to senior leadership across Human Resources and with executive teams in Corporate Functions as well as Lines of Business. S/he will be responsible for leading a team of technical specialists who support operational workflows and core deliverables for our Global Reporting, Advisory Services, and Advanced Analytics practices. This role is will report directly to the Head of Global Reporting within Workforce Analytics.
The ideal candidate has a strong track record of leading workforce analytics teams, fluency in workforce reporting tools, and an understanding of descriptive data analysis methods. Prior experience leading teams in the following activities is essential: fulfillment of ad hoc reporting requests according to SLAs, development and maintenance of interactive dashboards for workforce metrics, maintenance of reporting operational processes and infrastructure, adherence to global data privacy protocols and security controls. Strong relationship management skills and client advisory skills will be vital to success in this position.
Lead a small team of reporting, consulting and data science practitioners
Partner across Workforce Analytics and Human Resources to identify, scope, and prioritize people-related reporting requests and research questions
Participate in cross-functional, cross-LOB, and cross-regional research teams on high-priority projects to deliver comprehensive solutions to critical people issues
Maintain WFA SharePoint Portal site and program new enhancements
Program, test, and maintain self-service Business Objects reports
Perform non-executive ad-hoc request fulfillment
Deliver recurring reporting, operational reports, control reports
Support US-based team in the development, testing, and maintenance of interactive dashboards
Maintain security profiles and related processes: Portal, Dashboards, DPO Approval, and Recertifications
Maintain WFA product documentation, SLAs, RCSAs, and UWAT inventory
Create senior exec presentations, data stories, and support QBRs, accountable to US-based leadership
Support consumption and demand analysis of end-user product usage and adoption
Perform exploratory data analysis, according to guidance from US-based leadership
Maintain and refresh predictive model code base and output, accountable to US-based leadership
Build and maintain data pipelines on and across Oracle, Cassandra, and Hadoop
Build, deploy and maintain proof-of-concept applications
University Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree in a quantitative or technology discipline preferred)
5+ years of relevant experience (Workforce Analytics backgrounds will be given preference)
Experience managing others
Experience in statistics and descriptive analytics (distributions, correlations, t-test/ANOVA, etc.)
Experience in Agile methodology will be given preference
Familiarity with Tableau, Qlikview, Business Objects, SQL and SharePoint will be given preference
Able to influence stakeholders and feel comfortable with ambiguity
Excellent organization and attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple demands and shifting priorities
Client-service focused team player who operates with a sense of urgency and professionalism
Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly with Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Excellent communications skills – you tell a compelling story with data in just a few key slides
Fluency (written and oral) in both Polish and English – other languages would be an asset
