The Regional Marketing Manager will support a diverse range of marketing efforts to strengthen our brand, enhance client experience and achieve efficiency through leverage and optimization of best practices across the globe and the region. The regional efforts will include and not be limited to marketing strategy development, strategic projects, risk & control initiatives, integrated marketing campaigns, establishment of metrics and data analysis. The role will also bring together crucial pieces of information such as market/industry trends, investor behaviors, competition, innovations, financial analysis etc from internal and external sources in order to develop strategic options. This role will assist in establishing key strategic priorities and translating them into actionable and quantifiable plans.
Success in this role demands a strong strategic and analytical orientation coupled with exceptional communication skills as well as a highly developed collaborative nature.
Reporting to the regional Chief Marketing Officer, this role will be part of the Regional Marketing Management team.
Develop strategic marketing options in consideration of market/industry trend, innovations and internal challenges, capabilities and opportunities
Conduct research, market/industry/competitive analysis, internal financial and capability gap analysis; Provide timely insights and valuable benchmarking
Responsible for development and management of metrics/KPIs for the region to facilitate analysis and reporting of performance against plans and budgets as well as strategic objectives
Assist in establishing process and practices to strengthen governance and to manage and mitigate risks
Assist in initiatives with objectives to increase marketing contribution to business, achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness through leverage, process streamlining / optimization and/or innovations
Responsible for marketing financial analysis and budgeting
Support Marketing leads across markets and functions on formulation of individual strategies that will contribute to overall/regional marketing strategies
Develop implementation plans for global and regional projects as and when required
Perform duties as and when required by APAC CMO
