Position Description:
Global Business and Document Services (GBDS) is the corporation's primary print production and distribution unit for JPMorgan Chase. GBDS consists primarily of two departments, Print and Mailing services.
GBDS seeks Mail & Printing Specialist who will work as part of a team focused on the various disciplines that support the management in India.
Mail & Printing specialist will report to location Operations Supervisor.  He/She will be the point of contact for smooth functioning of Mail, Print & Distribution services in Mumbai and ensure proper records are maintained as per job aids.  This role will work in partnership with Operation Leads and Location Operations Supervisor to ensure global strategies, processes and procedures are implemented and adopted.  He/She will work with Team Leads to ensure all standard operating procedures and corporate policies are in place for these functions. 
Position Responsibilities:
  • Support implementation of operational objectives, programs, policies and initiatives, liaising and coordinating with Regional Print & Mail teams and Location Managers to ensure successful roll out
  • Responding to all mail/courier related enquiries via calls or emails
  • Sorting, collection, processing and delivery of all incoming and outgoing mail and courier items. Deliver and pick-up incoming and outgoing mail shipments to and from respective department’s Mail coops placed on the floors*
  • Processing of outgoing local, domestic and international couriers through contracted vendors
  • Coordinate with third party courier and mail service providers
  • Copy paper distribution
  • RSA token shipping
  • Envelope distribution
  • Maintain service log for all complaints, compliments and issues
  • Business Information Reporting
  • Production of usage statistics and cost center reports to support invoice billing
  • A thorough understanding of Mail & Messenger services and tools, printing operations and applications.
  • A minimum of two years Print, Mail & Messenger operations experience and knowledge of best practices in this area
  • Self starter that can use initiatives and strategic thinker and can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Relationship management skills demonstrating a diplomatic and open approach to clients
  • Good presentation skills
  • Proven strong communication skills both written and oral
  • Ability to lead and multitask
