JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s Corporate Sector Finance group provides financial management and reporting support for Global Real Estate, Enterprise Technology, Compliance, Legal, Corporate Finance, Human Resources, Risk Management, Audit, Executive and other staff areas.


The Global Real Estate (GRE) Finance team sits within Corporate Sector Finance. It is comprised of finance professionals across the globe who are accountable for managing both the expense & capital components of the GRE business function, ensuring a sound control environment, measuring performance, providing value-added analyses, and presenting information and ideas to senior management within Global Real Estate, to the major lines of business, and to the various Firm-wide finance teams who roll up the results of the entire Corporation. The team covers all aspects of managing the firm’s office portfolio including, but not limited to, space management, property management, lease administration, design & construction, transactions, and portfolio management.

This role is part of the Global Real Estate Finance Data & Analytics team, which focuses on driving strategic decisions through insights and analytics. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Data Architecture and Design
    • Design overall workforce, location, and financial data architecture to enable delivery of analytics and reporting
    • Identify and execute on opportunities to automate manual processes
    • Develop and script point solutions
    • Manage production / break / fix procedures\
    • Partner with technology to co-lead transformation or enablement efforts
    • Manage data structure
  • Analytics Design and Development
    • Design and develop innovative workforce, occupancy, and allocations analytics and reporting
    • Develop new analytics to drive JPMC’s labor and location strategy – a top strategic priority for the firm
    • Design and build centralized dashboards to enable self-service analytics
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Identify, communicate, and resolve cross-functional dependencies and challenges
    • Support the implementation of key business decisions and change efforts
    • Define and manage service level agreements with technology and data providers
    • Deliver presentations with ability to recognize and incorporate feedback
  • Team Leadership
    • Support multiple projects and reporting needs by working with teams across the globe
    • Create work plans and manage expectations and quality standards for required deliverables

  • 6-8+ years of extensive experience in data architecture, processing, and analytics
    • Extensive experience in collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing large datasets
    • Experience with structured and unstructured data storage, retrieval, and analysis using various analytics tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau) and query languages (e.g. SQL, SAS, Hadoop)
    • Ability to structure data efficiently by applying relevant business context
  • Superior ability to structure and scope complex problems and lead teams
  • Keen attention to details and demonstrated ability to quality check work
  • Strong team player and strong interpersonal skills; demonstrable experience managing relationships with developers, internal data providers, and senior clients
  • Strong academic background (BSc in Computer Science or IS-related disciplines preferred)
  • Ability to multitask and handle high stress while maintaining accuracy in tight deadlines
