CIB – Transaction Services – Client Solutions Associate – Associate – London/Bournemouth
This role is in the TS EMEA Product organisation and is part of the Client Solutions group that will be supporting the TS EMEA Legal Entity Strategy (LES).
The TS EMEA LES Team’s mission is to support the EMEA and Global Treasury Services Businesses in:
  • The delivery of large, complex and cross line of business transformation programmes.
  • Managing and coordinating the business response to external political and economic events.
  • The delivery of business change required to support risk and regulatory commitments.
  • Identification and delivery of improvements which streamline and enhance internal business processes.
  • Remediation of ongoing issues with significant client or business impacts.
The specific responsibilities and deliverables of the Client Solutions Architect include:
  • Member of the of the Client Solutions team reporting to the Client Solutions Architect
  • Developing an execution plan for completion of assigned deliverables and tracking/reporting status
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the Product, Sales, Service and Operation functions to research client structures
  • Documenting as-is and to-be client structures
  • Identify inefficiencies / improvements to the as-is / to-be structures and propose alternatives
  • Participating in discussions with senior colleagues in Product, Sales and Operations
  • Present work to TS Senior Management for approval
  • Support Sales in the presentation of deliverables to clients
  • Ownership and tracking of clients in scope for Legal Entity Strategy migration  from proposal of initial solution through to full remediation
Performance will be measured based on the success of the collaboration with colleagues in Product, Operation and Sales and the quality of the deliverables.
Required Skills / Experience
  • A fast learner, able to assimilate and organise large volumes of data
  • A self-starter, able to identify and prioritise critical path activities
  • A confident communicator, prepared to play an active part in collaborations with Sales, Product and Operations
  • Innovative, able to identify improvements to current processes and think of alternatives
  • Good attention to detail, independently reviews works to minimise errors
  • Good MS Office skills, ability to produce high quality, client facing materials
  • Genuine interest in the TS business with a longer term ambition to working in Product or Sales


Desirable Skills / Experience
  • Treasury Services experience desirable.
  • Working knowledge of the TS business from previous role in Product, Operations, Finance, Sales or Technology
  • Client facing experience from a Sales or Client Service role
  • Project management
  • Business analysis
This role encompasses the performance of UK regulated activity. The successful candidate will therefore be subject to meeting UK regulatory requirements in the assessment of fitness, propriety, knowledge and competence (as assessed by the Firm) and (where appropriate) approval by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and/or the Prudential Regulation Authority to carry out such activities.
