Position: Commercial Banking – Business Transformation – Project Management Manager / Associate                                              (Vice President / Associate based in Chicago / NY)

Position Overview

CB Business Transformation is a new organization, reporting directly to the CEO of Commercial Banking, charged with fully realizing this potential.  The Program Management Office (PMO) of CB Business Transformation is seeking a results-focused and highly motivated individual to be responsible for reporting and coordination across CB’s Transformation / CB 2020 initiatives. 

  • Provide Transformation portfolio reporting for CB management team, Transformation leadership and other key business and functional stakeholders
  • Maintain integrated delivery roadmap across all CB Transformation initiatives
  • Identify and track achievements, open items, issues and risk across all CB Transformation initiatives, escalating items for attention to Transformation leadership
  • Coordinate updates from Transformation initiatives into CB and JPMC reporting and communications
  • Maintain agenda, materials and action items for key Transformation meetings
  • Work closely with Transformation initiative teams and partner organizations to identify prospective issues and develop remediation approaches

  • Experience with and a true passion for process innovation, business consulting and leading-edge technology
  • 3+ years’ experience working with operational change management programs; experience with the PMO of a large Financial Services firm or a strategy consulting firm serving financial institutions required
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple teams, coordinating across different cross-functional initiatives, and reaching consensus with diverse stakeholders within large organizations
  • Strong judgement, independent decision-making ability and written / verbal communications skills
  • Ability and flexibility to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with PowerPoint presentations and Excel modeling
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related Masters Degree is a plus
