The Global Real Estate (GRE) team consists of more than 400 employees, executing 13,000 capital projects per year globally totaling nearly $2 billion a year in design, construction and capital investment.
 
JPMC is seeking an Associate to join the Global Real Estate (GRE) Chief Administration Office to execute governance and take part in program management initiatives. As an Associate in GRE you will collaborate with the PMO team on the new world headquarters of JPMorgan Chase in New York. Excellent oral and written communications and the ability to remain calm and perform under pressure are a must haves.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive presentations and analytical documents for senior management and external stakeholders on a regular cadence weekly/monthly/quarterly
  • Coordinate and manage communication strategies via various channels (email, phone, etc.).
  • Regular weekly project status reporting in accordance with PMO standards
  • Prepares and/or provides project reporting, metrics, scorecards, etc.
  • Collaborates effectively with peers & broader teams to ensure successful deliveries
  • 3-5 years direct Project Management experience
  • Extensive experience in large complex projects and customer focus
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Extensive experience at compiling and presenting metrics to key stakeholders
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Exercise sound judgment when making decisions
  • Expert in the use of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
  • Ability to listen, analyze, and use judgment to solve complex issues in order to accomplish project goals
  • PMP, MSP, Six Sigma, or other formal project management discipline advantageous; familiarity with SDLC and Agile delivery practices beneficial
