Job Description:

As a Business Operations Analyst II on the Business Management Office (BMO) team, you will be providing leadership and direction for programs across Centralized Support Services (CSS) and CCB Business Leadership.  CSS provides environmental stability and positive change management for Service Centers, Customer Service Specialists, Operations areas and their related support organizations through the focused delivery of high quality business process solutions and professional technical services. 

 

This role will be the SharePoint owner, designer and primary contact for all SharePoint activities within the Business Management Office.  You will also provide guidance and support for the overall CSS page and provide weekly updates.  In addition, you will also be the record retention owner. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Duties may include:

  • Partner with Senior Leadership Team and Business Partners to redesign, implement and maintain all SharePoint sites.
  • Manage storage of all SharePoint sites and recommend change
  • Convey LOB guidelines on appropriate use of SharePoint to site owners.
  • Communicate with site owners for large scale initiatives (Migrations, upgrades etc.)
  • BMO SharePoint site owner
  • Provide weekly updates to keep site interactive and up to date
  • Participate in SharePoint Librarian meetings as required
  • Convey corporate guidelines for data retention, classifications and access to site owners
  • BMO record retention owner
  • Implement key MIS performance analytics and reporting
  • Build and design monthly Efficiency and Productivity Improvements (EPI) reports for all of CCB Operations
  • Assist team members and provide technical support as needed
  • Provide Clarity support, including task maintenance, when needed

Qualifications:


Technical skills

  • Advanced InfoPath and SharePoint Designer experience required
  • Advanced Excel programming with VBA experience
  • Advanced expertise in Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint

 


Knowledge base/Education

  • Bachelor's degree  or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience leading  complex projects or initiatives across multiple lines of business
  • Proven ability to meet hard deadlines with quick turnaround times in a fast paced environment

  • Ability to analyze complex problems, evaluate data and identify alternative solutions  with a strategic lens
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
