As part of the ongoing effort to enhance efficiency, transparency, and productivity, the Chase Wealth Management organization will be establishing a Process Improvement Center of Excellence (CoE).
 
The team is seeking a strong VP with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects, executing against detail-oriented process improvements, and engaging with senior level stakeholders. This individual will have complete ownership of the Center of Excellence and be able to mold and grow this visible initiative from the foundation up, providing immediate impact. In addition, the role will be dual-hatted and have responsibility for CWM Operations Knowledge Management Content Administrator, acting as a clearing house for content and administration processes.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Champion the establishment of a Process Improvement Center of Excellence.
  • Own the core framework and components of the process improvement initiative.
  • Partner with departments across Chase Wealth Management to implement Process Improvement techniques, refine processes, and provide expert service to departments transitioning to process improvement management styles.
  • Proactively manage progress, delivery and overall execution of multiple projects at different stages of development; report on status, risks / issues, and recommend corrective actions to ensure successful completion
  • Review project pipeline and schedules with senior management and team members
  • Prepare updates on project pipeline, progress and metrics for senior executives
  • Demonstrate delivery of valued results through the use of output metrics.
  • Provide thought leadership on strategy and change management.
  • Provide training and guidance on process improvement techniques for managers within Chase Wealth Management Operations.
  • Administer and improve the CWM Operations Knowledge Management system processes and content.
 
  • Knowledge, creativity and experience on business transformation, business improvement, and problem resolution
  • At least 8 years of real experience on different projects involving: project management, process to workflow modeling, problem identification / resolution design, measurable operational and workflow improvement
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience and training in Lean Process Improvement Principles and Operational Excellence
  • Clear interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to articulate complex issues concisely
  • High degree of organizational capability and diligence to simultaneously work on multiple deliverables
  • Excellent and efficient skills using MS Excel and PowerPoint tools
  • Excellent analytical skills with close attention to detail
