The primary responsibility of this position is to be a trusted Learning Partner supporting the AWM Operations team in achieving their strategic business objectives, through a robust learning strategy that is globally consistent and scalable.
 
Roles & Responsibilities:
 
Be a trusted learning partner to the AWM Operations senior business leaders. This includes:
  • Effectively consulting with business leaders to understand strategic business priorities and specific business challenges faced
  • Formulating the learning strategy by identifying needs, thinking end to end, leveraging existing training solutions as appropriate and addressing line of business specific training requirements
  • Implementing globally consistent, efficient and impactful learning solutions across AWM Operations
  • Collaborate strongly with the Operations, Technology and Professional Development Shared Services Training Team, in executing the training strategy, utilizing best-in class curriculum content and facilitation
  • Effectively partner with HR Business Partners, Recruitment, Business Stakeholders & Other Support Functions in developing and executing the learning strategy
  • Building a strong learning culture across AWM Operations by engaging and enabling business managers, in developing their teams
  • Ensuring AWM leverages the firmwide learning@jpmc learning platform to support employees in maximizing their performance and career potential through a variety of learning opportunities
  • Analyzing training results and metrics in order to report business impact to business stakeholders  
  • Staying current with the latest market training innovations / product offerings and being consultative by suggesting innovative training solutions
  • Partnering with the business to design, deliver, and execute other ad-hoc projects as needed, while applying instructional design principles during the process
Qualifications, Experience & Attributes
  • Graduate / Post Graduate, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Banking / Financial Services.
  • At least 3 years of experience with training methodologies is an advantage.
  • Ability to work both independently as well as a member of high performance teams with project deadlines and matrixed environment.
  • Display the highest professional standards, operating with a commercial mind-set, high client centricity and being innovative by challenging the status quo.
  • Strong Interpersonal and relationship management skill, and ability to effectively communicate with senior leaders.
