The Commercial Banking Client On-boarding (CBCO) Implementations group is responsible for driving and implementing various products and services for Commercial Bank clients.
 
The CBCO team is seeking Implementation Program Associate who will have the following responsibility:
 
Core Responsibilities:
  • Managing volume pipeline and implementation assignments
  • Track aging pipeline and resolution
  • Manage clear expectations and understanding by establishing clear timelines and managing documentation requirements
  • Exhibit ownership of on-boarding experience and client satisfaction
  • Ownership of internal communication and status updates
  • Ensure deal deliverables are met and hold owners accountable by managing implementation issues, escalations and error resolution
  • Demonstrate creative problem solving and solid judgment/decision making
  • Exhibit adherence to policy and procedures and meet or exceed established Service Level Agreements
  • Diligent awareness of risks in our processes in a timely manner
  • Ownership, escalation and resolution of risk issues when they occur in a timely manner
  • Manage activities through frequent communication with clients and business partners
  • Policies and procedures are always up to date
  • Process improvement and innovation
 QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5 Years of relevant experience
  • Project Management experience, including the use of project plans and issue logs
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation and negotiating skills
  • Proven ability to successfully manage conflict, proven team leadership and meeting facilitation skills
  • Strong technical aptitude pertaining to Treasury Management products preferable
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, and ability to adapt to a changing environment
  • Some travel may be required (less than 25%) to visit clients
  • BA/BS degree
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Cash Management, Treasury Services and Commercial Card experience and knowledge
  • Operations and Customer Service experience
  • CTP or PMI certifications
  • Proficient in various desktop and internet based applications
