Job Description:
Business of Technology team is looking to add a Business Manager to help manage a large program portfolio in support of several teams.  We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced VP level candidate. You will partner closely and support several executive directors, managers and the team in executing the program agenda. You will also work with the product owners and business users during the planning season.
Portfolio Management:
  • Run Budget Process - collect Book of Work demand, gather estimates, in some cases facilitate priority discussions, obtain funding agreements, resource planning with AD managers, entry of data into Clarity, reconciliations
  • Produce Monthly Dashboards across all Tech teams
  • Manage the collection, review, entry and updates of milestones and leverage the data for various Reporting
  • Drive the Infrastructure/RTB saves working group drive savings
  • Maintain a Benefits Tracker for marketing purposes
  • Maintain Roadmap/Strategy doc periodically
  • Build & Maintain Portfolio reporting capability utilizing data from Clarity
  • Strategic Program Management
  • Weekly report on "Things happening" for Banking/Hari communication
  • Weekly Flash reporting
Vendor Management:
  • Act as Vendor Management Champion - Maintain Vendor DB and provide quarterly reporting
  • Ensure every vendor engagement covered by TPO process
  • Coordinate with Sourcing, AD and Vendor to ensure timely execution of contracts
  • Organize any RFPs, demos, etc. required for new engagements
  • Process all invoices and payments and reconcile with actuals, provide aged accrual evidence/reasons
  • Helps coordinate furloughs, consultant roll offs
  • Consultant Reduction Plan & Execution
Finance related (in partnership with F&BM):
  • Forecasting/Actuals
  • Time Booking
  • Impairment reviews
Organizational Management:
  • Oversee and manage the hiring ramp
  • Consolidate travel expense tracking and approvals to control T&E costs
  • Coordinate Performance Review process with HR (internal ranking, promotion radars, etc.)
  • Help maintain training catalog
  • Coordinate GAT / Holiday processing
  • Sharepoint Administration
  • Organize Town Halls and Management Meetings (create materials, drive agenda, manage logistics, manage follow-ups)
  • Own Workforce Optimization updates
