Job Description:
The Sr. Project Manager will be part of the Program Management Office in CIB Banking Global Client Access technology organization. The responsibilities include:
  • Demand management for the portfolio
  • Perform analytical functions that are directly related to the performance of the department
  • Gather relevant data, then analyse and report the data in a meaningful manner to support management decisions around release scope definition.
  • Develop and roll out PM best practices and processes.
  • Provide PM support and reporting to enable the business to achieve its goals.
Key tasks
  • Manage the demand process for each quarterly release across a suite of applications.  Gather demand and capacity across the impacted applications.  Work with teams to align demand with capacity for a given release.
  • Track new demand thru the Project Initiation process. Work with demand requestors to complete initial review and perform quality control of requests.  Work with senior management to confirm alignment to key themes for the year.  Gather estimates from impacted teams.  Present information to key stakeholders for decisions on scope direction.
  • Define, develop and document best practices for program management to create a more efficient and consistent project execution environment. Roll out these processes to the project managers.
  • Project Manager for small enhancements within the portfolio.
