Our Business

Wealth Management Operations supports the JPMorgan Private Bank and Chase Wealth Management in JP Morgan’s Asset & Wealth Management line of business.

  • The Private Bank is the world’s premier service provider for ultra and high net worth individuals.  Our goal is to help these affluent individuals across the globe optimize their wealth, after taxes and across generations.  Global Wealth Management Operations provides end-to-end support for all aspects of the client experience, working closely with client service, fiduciary, product specialty groups, third party vendors and other internal groups.
  • Chase Wealth Management encompasses our Chase Private Client (CPC) and Chase Investment Services businesses. Through a dedicated team of a banker and J.P. Morgan Advisor, Chase Private Client brings our affluent clients concierge banking from Chase and access to the investment expertise from J.P. Morgan. Chase Investment Services provides investment solutions to a broad range of Chase customers through Chase Investment Advisors.  The J.P. Morgan Securities Client Service Center’s mission is to create a great client experience and help individuals across all 50 U.S states to save and invest wisely. The group works in a team environment to assist clients with service over the telephone and serves as experts on our online platform, such as Chase.com.
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Coordination and management of large to multiple mid- level projects or other process improvement initiatives, across Chase Wealth Management Operations
  • Leads project teams through project lifecycle from ideation to project execution, including the approval and demand management process, and ensures quality and timeliness of project completion
  • Establish the approach and define the necessary work activities (projects, BAU, etc.) to achieve project / program's mission & vision, directs activities, sets priorities, monitor & report progress, and address any project/ program-level risks and issues
  • Drives root cause analysis and implements solutions
  • Identifies and documents best practices, and drives implementation
  • Independently develops value-adding business solutions
  • Provide proactive communication with senior and/or Program management to understand needs, communicate status, and resolve conflict 
  • Leads business analysis, process design and requirements development sessions
  • Develops and may deliver executive presentations
  • Research, implement and evaluate cutting edge project management improvement practices to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of current planning and execution processes
  • Understand strong controls and audit requirements; ensures project aligns with established practices
  • Demonstrated experience in leading cross functional projects and initiatives
  • 5-7 years of project management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to influence change and communicate with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent relationship and communication skills, highly collaborative - can build rapport and credibility
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Competent in use of industry standard Project Management tools
  • Makes decisions in a timely manner, sometimes with incomplete information and under tight timelines and pressure 
  • Ability to assess situations and make appropriate, effective, timely project decisions
  • Sufficient understanding /subject matter expertise and preparedness of information to effectively communicate key messages across matrix project teams, IT or Business teams
