Position Overview
CB Business Transformation is a new organization, reporting directly to the CEO of Commercial Banking, charged with fully realizing this potential.  The Program Management Office (PMO) of CB Business Transformation is seeking a results-focused and highly motivated individual in our Chicago office to be responsible for performance tracking and business support for CB Transformation initiatives. 
  • Develop and maintain consolidated view of key performance indicators (KPIs) across CB Transformation / CB 2020 initiatives
  • Advise, track and challenge initiative teams on their progress against KPI targets and business case miles
  • Coordinate with CB functional partners (e.g., HR, Real Estate, Controls) and Transformation initiative teams to ensure full participation and compliance with JPMC programs / guidelines
  • Work closely with Transformation initiative teams and partner organizations to identify prospective issues and develop remediation approaches jointly

  • Experience with and a true passion for process innovation, business consulting and leading-edge technology
  • 3+ years’ experience working with operational change management or business transformation programs; experience with the PMO of a large Financial Services firm or a strategy consulting firm serving financial institutions required
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple teams, coordinating across different cross-functional initiatives, and reaching consensus with diverse stakeholders within large organizations
  • Strong judgement, independent decision-making ability and written / verbal communications skills
  • Ability and flexibility to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with PowerPoint presentations and Excel modeling
  • Bachelor’s degree required
