Job Description:

The Business Analysis and Reporting Manager will oversee the creation of reports and analysis that assist in managing controls, business processes, and information relevant to making decisions regarding pipeline management.    Individual will work directly with data and information, creating meaningful analyses, reports and management presentations in support of client, business unit or function activities and performance.  Types of analysis and reporting may include: quality review, workflow analysis, process improvement, regular business or client reporting, budget management, financial reporting and/or a variety of other function specific purposes. 

 

As a Business Analysis & Reporting Manager-603 you will:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required with concentration in MIS, Risk Management, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics preferred.
  • Background in Unix/PC SAS, Sybase, SQL, SSRS, and Oracle environments is required (use of tools like TOAD, Tableau & SSMS a plus)
  • Proficiency with business process re-engineering and business/user requirements.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of consumer products and respective operations.
  • Strong skills to interact with business users including management and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and organizational skills.
  • Five or more years managing directs preferred
  • Seven or more years of prior experience in financial services.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work well in an environment with defined timelines and delivery schedules
  • Capability to review and translate functional specifications to validate and ensure business requirements are met
