The CB Client Data Management team within CB Business Management is responsible for the end-to-end ownership of sales and client data as well as related processes. CB Client Data Management is seeking a Project Manager Associate to support the execution of key strategic and tactical initiatives related to sales and client data management. The Project Manager Associate will play a key role in the development and implementation of CB Business Management’s sales and client data management strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Development of policies & procedures for CB Client Data Management through close coordination with LOB
  • Data Management teams utilizing standard Change Management process and tools
  • Monitor production activities/processes to ensure timely and effective reporting, tracking, follow-up and communication to internal clients, technical resources and executives
  • Drive client data remediation efforts by assisting with prioritization, tracking, and resolution of data quality issues
  • Assist in development of CB Client Data Management training program for both onshore and offshore data management resources
  • Prepare presentation materials for CDM (e.g., project/roadshow decks, materials for senior management, training materials)
  • Draft communications for CDM (e.g., pilot/roll-out, Technology enhancements)Identify areas for continued process improvement and enhance efficiencies by generating innovative ideas and solutions
  • Support development of business requirements for key technology/tools (i.e., Client Central, Client Transfer Facility, and COLT) and assist with testing, implementation, and ongoing communication to business

  • Able to prioritize issues and multi-task effectively to handle multiple assignments and be proactive in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure
  • Able to quickly and effectively respond to rapidly changing business needs and urgent requests
  • Previous experience writing, staging and publishing policies and procedures preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; able to think-through and outline work
  • Outstanding project management skills including project planning, time management, organization, influencing, and follow-up skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with attention to detail
  • Intellectually curious with a genuine interest in knowledge gathering and problem solving
  • Proactively seeks guidance, clarification, and feedback from others

 

  •  Minimum 3 years of work experience; knowledge of Commercial or Investment Banking is a plus
  •  Expertise with Excel, PowerPoint(PitchPro), Project, and Visio preferred
  •  Expertise with Commercial Banking client reference and sales data is a plus
  • Expertise with internal J.P. Morgan systems (e.g. Client Central, Customer Assist, iCRD, Service and credit platforms) is a plus
  • BA/BS degree is preferred

Location: Dallas, Chicago or Phoenix preferred
