Our Consumer & Community Banking Group depends on innovators like you to serve nearly 66 million consumers and over 4 million small businesses, municipalities and non-profits.   As part of Digital Big Data, you’ll support the delivery of award winning tools and services that cover everything from personal and small business banking as well as lending, mortgages, credit cards, payments, auto finance and investment advice. This group is also focused on developing and delivering cutting edged mobile applications, digital experiences and next generation banking technology solutions to better serve our clients and customers. Responsibilities in this role include:
  • Lead the requirements gathering process, translating business requirements into IT application and business process impacts
  • Ensure requirements are detailed with examples, and acceptance criteria
  • Develop and update functional use cases
  • Conduct business process modeling to explain business requirements to developers, quality assurance and cross-team members
  • Drive solution delivery using Agile methodology
  • Data analysis:  must be able to seek out new data sources and understand how data fits with existing data

  • Required - 7+ years minimum experience as a technical analyst or business analyst, preferably in the financial industry
  • Required - 3+ years minimum experience in an agile environment, preferably as an agile business analyst
  • Required - functional understanding of retail banking
  • Required - ability to work with product, business and application teams to write technical user stories for the development team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Experience writing technical stories in JIRA/confluence using industry standard notations (like BDD/Gherkin)
  • Experience analyzing a broadly-defined area and using functional decomposition to define high-level epics and stories
  • Experience working in large, complex data environments
  • Experience working on large and medium scale software projects
  • Experience working with diversified multi-location team
