Job Description:
§ Responsible to support the day-to-day maintenance
of the application systems in operation, including
tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting
application and data issues, including resolution or
§ Ensures all production changes are made in
accordance with lifecycle methodology and risk
§ Exercises discretion and independent judgment with
respect to matters of significance
§ At this grade, the role should include as its primary
duty either:
§ Design work (Design means a tailored design in
order to meet a specific client request) or
§ Programming (Programming means writing original
programs using computer code that is intended for
use on a wide scale basis)
Primary Responsibilities
§ Day-to-day maintenance of the application systems
in operation, including tasks related to identifying
and troubleshooting application and data issues and
issues resolution or escalation
§ Root cause analysis, management communication
and client relationship management in partnership
with Infrastructure Service Support team members
§ Proficient in application development skills for more
than one technology
§ Working proficiency in development toolset to
design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve
§ Working proficiency in one or more general purpose
programming languages

business(es) supported and
the applications utilized
§ Develops a mindset for risk
and control compliance to
departmental and company
wide standards
§ Maintains standards of
financial control and budget
§ Applies client centric
approach to projects and
team interactions
