JOB DESCRIPTION:

This role will be responsible for program management, facilitation/delivery of trainings and design of courses from the CIB CAO Operational Excellence and Professional Development curriculum. 

 

Highly effective engagement with Learning Partners and subject matter experts from the business is essential to be able to identify training needs and create high impact, high quality learning interventions. These learning interventions can include web based learning, classroom, learning bites, virtual learning to hard format learning aids.

 

Key areas of operations training include:

·         Client Service

·         Supervisory Skills

·         Root Cause Analysis/Problem Solving

·         Escalation, Verification

·         Others

 

Program management includes high level planning, demand estimation and subsequent scheduling of classes.

It also includes ensuring the appropriate facilitators and Business SMEs are identified and engaged, as sponsors or ‘leaders as teachers’. The incumbent will also be responsible for ensuring a superior learning experience for participants which includes, but is not limited to in-class or virtual experience, training materials, among others.

 

As a facilitator, the incumbent will be required to display/develop advanced facilitation skills, understanding of his/her content, excellent trainer-trainee interpersonal skills, the ability to influence and in the ‘right way’ challenge participants. A strong participant feedback with key take-aways, is a key outcome that is expected.

 

It is essential to the role that the individual is able to effectively collaborate with a team of global training professionals including learning partners and shared services teams i.e. e-learning, PMO, training delivery and training administration

 

This position is an individual contributor role that requires end to end solution oversight including relationship management, prioritization and solution design & deployment

 

The role will also involve engagement and support of the GSC Management Committee training workgroup.
