The Private Banking Enterprise team is responsible for the analysis, design, and implementation of client and account projects and initiatives across the Private Banking businesses.  The Technical Business Analyst is responsible for understanding the assigned project requirements and assessing the technical impacts to the Global Wealth Management clients, systems, and operating model during all phases of the project.  The Technical Business Analyst is responsible for managing project related impacts including: recommendation of AWM related requirements changes, identification of process, communication and training impacts and corresponding changes, LOB test strategy/planning and implementation approach. 
As needed, the Technical Business Analyst will assist with production support activities, including line of business consulting and issue resolution related to their area of expertise.
Specific Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
  • Complete impact analysis, clearly articulate build and test impacts
  • Write technology documentation detailing impacts to AWM applications.
  • Effectively communicate status and escalate issues to project leaders and management team.  
  • Prepare detailed test plans to document test scope, approach, schedule, roles and responsibilities etc.  This is especially critical for requirements that require coordination across multiple systems to fully test.
  • Execute tests in the appropriate cycle and log defects as they occur.  Monitor defects and work with developers to ensure they are resolved quickly.
  • Identify implementation tasks for assigned requirements.  During deployment, execute any assigned implementation tasks and report status and issues to the implementation managers.  
  • Identify "lessons learned", recommend "best practices" and adopt changes to prevent recurring issues.
  • Minimum five years in analytical roles.
  • Expertise in data analysis
  • Experience in Relational DB Experience (SQL writing)
  • Minimum two years of Agile Experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to take the lead in unstructured situations.
  • Knowledge of Private Banking systems and process is a plus
  • Requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Candidate must be flexible - occasional support of releases (weekend or evening/morning hours) is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical field with preferred focus on Computer Science or Information Systems
