Job Description:
  • Provide support for the Office of Legal Obligations (OLO) initiative during program execution phase
    • Partnering with Firmwide Risk and CB Risk subject matter experts (SME) to identify Risk related obligations and to support the delivery of end to end mapping and management of obligations
    • Processing, managing and tracking  of legal obligations through the operating model  lifecycle
    • Participate in various working group sessions to observe new and/or changing processes related to the program initiative
    • Provide guidance and advice on the OLO process to CB Risk SME’s and management
    • Deliver reporting against progress and where necessary, resolving and escalating issues
    • Support the program on data entry and broader project management activities as identified
  • Work with Risk OLO QA Group to develop QA and documentation management processes during program execution phase which will convert into business as usual (BAU) practices.
  • Participate in the development of the regulatory change management process for both CB OLO and FW Risk OLO work streams
  • Meeting management - Facilitate and drive discussions across multiple functional areas
  • Provide RCSA support as needed
  • Track and report on issues (manage a list of issues/follow ups)
  • Data analysis and validation using internal systems in conjunction with Microsoft products  
  • Participate in adhoc projects as assigned
 
  • Bachelor's Degree required MBA or professional certification preferred
  • 4 plus years experience in financial services required
  • Completed Credit Training preferred
  • Demonstrate ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve measurable results
  • Knowledge or experience in Audit, Compliance, Operational or Credit Risk Management
  • Project and Change Management experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Access a plus
