Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) provides technology support for applications across all lines of business. These applications are critical to ensuring an outstanding customer experience.




The Change Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing production system changes. This includes the approval and management of change activities to ensure that all stakeholders of a given activity document what is taking place, when it is taking place and the potential risk/impact to their business and/or services.  The coordinator also works to ensure all change activity conforms to pre-established change windows or that proper approvals for exceptions are in place. 


The Change Coordinator must be able to work well across management, technology, development and support staff to ensure change activity is accurately documented and well planned.  The Change Coordinator will coordinate with teams both inside and outside of CCB to support production and provide collision management.  The coordinator may run production support planning calls, review changes, assist in identifying contacts and various other calls as assigned.


This position is anticipated to require the use of one or more High Security Access (HSA) systems.  Users of these systems are subject to enhanced screening which includes both criminal and credit background checks, and/or other enhanced screening at the time of accepting the position and on an annual basis thereafter.  The enhanced screening will need to be successfully completed prior to commencing employment or assignment.

The Change Coordinator will need proven leadership skills with particular focus on the ability to work with people in both technical and business areas, and across multiple functional areas and business units.  The ability to influence others, prioritize tasks, and resolve problems is required.  The Change Coordinator should be capable of leading meetings with technical and business staff. 

  • 5-7 years of professional experience within Information Technology
  • Minimum two years of experience in working with or exposure to change management activities
  • Minimum two years general knowledge of JPMC system architecture is preferred
  • Minimum two years of combined project management and IT experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience leading geographically distributed and culturally diverse work teams
  • College degree or equivalent work experience
