What you'll do: 
As a Technical Solutions Engineer (TSE), you will be combine software development, networking, and systems administration expertise with an aptitude for technical advising, troubleshooting and analysis. As a part of the TSE team, you will work across multiple customer-facing teams. You will be our technical solutions expert, helping our customers approach and resolve technology problems. As we continue to grow the scale and capabilities of the platform, we are looking for a skilled technologist to join our platform efforts.

What skills you'll need:
  • Strong inter-personal and communication skills
  • Willingness to do client support and interact with clients
  • Good understanding of a Linux
  • Familiarity with fundamental networking/distributed computing environment concepts
  • Understanding of basic routing concepts
  • Ability to write scripts (Python, bash etc.) with strong focus towards automation
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues
     
    Requirements:
2 – 5 years of experience
Ability to troubleshoot complex and dynamic customer environments while balancing the communications needs of each case
A strong analytical mind and the ability to triage
As we are continually releasing new features and products, a high aptitude for both learning and teaching are required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, as is a collaborative approach
 
Desirable:
Significant programming background in any applicable language
A degree in computer science or a related field
