CIB Banking Technology - ASEAN Team is responsible for application delivery, support and stability of ASEAN country applications that are either provided by regulator or built in-house. This team manages implementation, production releases, support requests, incidents, issues, tickets and business continuity activities, to ensure flawless and quality delivery of services to end users. This is a critical role requiring a highly dedicated individual who can take ownership and provide procedural and technical support and work in partnership with internal or external stakeholders.

 

Position-

  • Application Delivery - 1st level, 2nd level, 3rd level, emergency fix & development support for local country applications.
  • Problem Management:  Tracking, monitoring of production issue to ensure that they are worked on and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Provide technical validation on solution provided by 3rd party vendor and handle all matter pertaining to application.
  • Assignment as project manager for local initiatives by location business.
  • Technology contact for compliance and audit related matters.
  • Infrastructure Support
  • This position requires strong technical, facilitation and process systemization skills. The person should have an analytical mind and the ability to gather information, provide technical advice, and document proposals.
  • Must be able to multi-task in a complex production environment and quickly acquire broad knowledge of applications.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, team player and foster relationships with team members.
  • Good communication and articulation skills, coupled with the passion to take on challenging and concurrent task is an integral part to the role.
  • Unix (RedHat Linux,Centos) skills including Unix Shell Scripting – ksh, bash, openssh, etc
  • Database skills (Oracle,MSSQL,Postgres) including SQL and Stored Procedures
  • Windows skills including scripting – vbs, javascript, powershell, html, sftp
  • Network skills including – DRPair,DNS, NAT IP, Network configuration knowledge
  • Web Server skills – IIS, Tomcat, Apache, WebSphere
  • Cert Renewal – Window Cert, Tomcat, Apache, SFTP,etc
  • Geneos – able develop and contribute to new monitoring technique
