What You Can Expect
Working in close collaboration with the sales team as an extension of the overall client experience
• Direct responsibility for a portfolio of US federal government and public sector clients.
• Develops a thorough understanding of the clients business, industry and strategy and leads efforts to further measurable enhancement of the client experience and the client’s overall business with the Firm.
• Trusted advisor to the client; proactively identifies opportunities
• Act as the client’s key service contact and escalation point. Advocates internally on the client’s behalf;
• Leads regular service reviews; introduces process improvements and cross-product solutions. Work in partnership with Sales to develop and execute service related relationship plans.
• Works to resolve complex issues, engaging appropriate business and external partners.
• Support junior colleagues providing holistic advice and insight, share best practice and coach to stretch service performance standards.
• Takes ownership of issues and escalates to ensure timely resolution while leading internally through to resolution. Manage expectations both externally and internally.
• Adheres to and ensures client's compliance with risk policies/practices and educates clients on risk/legal requirements.

• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant industry and/or functional experience.
• College degree preferred
• In depth knowledge of Core and Advanced Treasury products; knowledgeable of global product suites.
• Thorough understanding of financial exposure and operational risk related to transactions associated with bank products and services.
• Strong leader with ability to assess the big picture in complex situations.
• Creative thinker and problem solver.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and consultative skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to influence at all levels.
• Uses sound judgment to prioritize and act with sense of urgency.
• Manages time effectively in a fast paced environment; demonstrating ability to balance competing priorities and deliver on commitments.
Project Management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel (10%)
• Strong understanding of federal government/public sector cash management (preferred)
•This role supports US Federal government contracts that require, US citizenship or lawful permanent resident status
