Liquidity Core Processing performs product set up, maintenance, reconciliation, and servicing for cash concentration and investment products.


Liquidity Client Inquiry unit is a team dedicated to handling client inquiries, research, and investigations relating to Liquidity Products from internal clients.  The majority of inquiries are related to account set-up or implementation details, product features, research on transactions and balances, and rate inquiries.  Inquiries are received via telephone, email, and CSX cases.  The volume of inquiries is relatively nominal but the complexity of the products requires the team member to be highly analytical.

·         Must always be professional in all communications.

·         Able to deal effectively with all levels within the organization.

·         Proficient in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
