Job Description:

Join the MyAccessibility Hub team which is a new and innovative team working closely with employees and managers globally seeking workplace accommodations or reasonable adjustments. This team will have the opportunity to build a high-touch, employee-first service across all lines of businesses within JPMorgan Chase & Co. and will partner closely with multiple key stakeholders across the firm with global impacts. You will be reporting to the Global People Support Employee Relations (GPS ER) Program Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate a central accommodations portal servicing employees across the firm from all lines of businesses
  • Receive and facilitate accommodation requests to address the employee’s individual workplace needs
  • Provide best-in-class service for employees seeking workplace accommodations or reasonable adjustments
  • Partner closely with on-boarding when a candidate identifies that a workplace accommodation may be needed
  • Develop and maintain key partner relationships; (i.e. GPS Leaves Team, the Office of Disability & Inclusion, Health Services, HR Service Delivery, HR Legal, Corporate Employee Relations, Aligned HR Business Partners, Global Technology, Global Real Estate, Fire & Safety, On-Boarding etc.)
  • Stay abreast of changes within JPMorgan Chase & Co. policies, procedures and processes
  • Conduct basic analysis and report generation based on business-specific needs
  • Ensure proper controls and risks are appropriately identified, reported and managed
  • Process Improvement; evaluate processes, resources, etc. to streamline current and future functions of the team
  • Participate in projects as assigned

 

Knowledge/Experience/Skills

  • A passion for ensuring candidates and employees with disabilities can thrive within JPMorgan Chase & Co
  • A strong client focus with exceptional communication skills; able to deliver appropriate solutions that address the needs of the employee or candidate
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities while remaining proactive and flexible in style
  • Exceptional judgment, demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and be creative in developing alternative solutions, while preserving the Firm’s risk and control standards
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills; identify issues and trends, develop solutions and or recommendations to address root cause and mitigate risk to the firm
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as, attention to detail
  • Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR systems preferred (i.e. PeopleSoft, AnswerKey, etc.)
  • Two to four years of experience as a Business Analyst, HR Generalist or other HR-related discipline
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Human Resources Management or equivalent Human Resources experience preferred
