Commercial Card Implementation Project Manager
will be responsible for the overall client experience and project management of commercial card implementations.  This role will contribute expertise to defining new J.P. Morgan Chase Commercial Card solutions in conjunction with Sales, Consulting and Product.  Manage client solutions from inception to completion within specified timeframes.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide consultative advice to customers on J.P. Morgan Chase Commercial Card product offerings, negotiate alternative solutions with clients where necessary.
  • Follow standard project methodology for each implementation incorporating client deliverables to provide a best in class implementation, providing guidance to the client with respect to the tasks and their role within the plan
  • Conduct discovery and readiness meetings with clients to ensure systems and products are clearly defined and understood by the client
  • Leverage key understanding of technical systems to partner with external client technical teams to support Single-Use Payment Instruction File setup and manage the client's expectations regarding integration of commercial card platform data into their back office systems
  • Facilitate and manage client meetings to review status and report progress
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external parties to deliver the solution within the required timeline for the client
  • Ensure compliance to policies and procedures outlined by the Commercial Card Product Construct and Onboarding Solutions Compliance
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing, issue resolution, etc. related to client implementation
  • Ability to work across functional areas within JPMorgan Chase to create partnership for each individual project
  • Perform configuration of commercial card platforms based on agreed upon client requirements within best practice guidelines
  • Provide ad-hoc feedback to the core product managers based on awareness of trends spotted in the market as well as on a project-specific basis
  • Collaborate with internal product partners in planning and implementing enhancements within the department designed to enhance the client experience
  • Assist in identifying further revenue opportunities through the life cycle of the implementation
  • Provide support to team colleagues as required
  • Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance client experience
  • Accountability for the end to end implementation process
  • Actively participate in knowledge sharing sessions with internal team
  • Manage approximately 10-15+ client projects simultaneously
  • Travel approximately 25%
Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in client facing roles including implementations, business project management or comparable experiences
  • Proven ability to drive a positive client experience
  • Excellent attention to detail, quality and compliance focus a must
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects at one time, all in varying degrees of the implementation life-cycle.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Project
  • Excellent communication and written skills to internal and external clients and key business partners
  • Strong presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to succeed in a dynamic environment
  • Innovative thinker who drives positive change
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, ability to learn in a fast paced environment
  • Rapidly assimilates and applies new information
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
