Job Description

 

The India COB MIS team provides various decision based support to the onshore team through various reporting and analytics. Team is responsible on delivery various reports on a daily / weekly / monthly frequency. Delivery various change management projects and provide adhoc support to various data requirements from business

  • Preparation of MI reporting at a given frequency for senior management  
  • Preparation of Management Decks to provide trend analysis and highlight variances  
  • Run Strategic projects for the consolidation of MI reporting  
  • Publish KPI/KRI for Operations teams and Risk & Control activities
  • Work on Adhoc requests from senior management  
  • High attention to detail and solid analytical skills  
  • Have the ability to understand processes and be able to map out requirements and end-to-end assessments with the end goal of identifying gaps
  • Team handling responsibility 

 

  • Qualifications

    ·        Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Project management skills preferred.   

    ·        A strategic and analytic thinker, but with the ability to implement and manage day-to-day tasks   

    ·        Creative, ready to think outside the box and add input to improving existing workflows   

    ·        Ability to take initiative and work without constant supervision   

    ·        Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure   

    Ability to communicate, present effectively and tailor communication to audience (technology, senior management, front office, etc)
