The individual will be responsible for managing an Implementation team responsible for box setups, maintenances, customer transmissions and customization projects for Remittance Edge and Receivables Edge. This individual will work directly with Project Managers, Technical Implementations Management, Technology, Operations and Product. Must be flexible; job responsibilities may change on short notice based on the needs of the group and the client base. Job skill training will be provided to the individual as needed. This is a highly visible position in a time-sensitive and delivery-sensitive environment.

 
This full time position is Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with some flexibility on start and end time.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Responsible for managing a technical team of 4+ individuals responsible for customer profiles and transmission builds on Remittance Edge and Receivables Edge including maintenance and customization.
  • Provide assistance to Sales, Product, Implementations and Technology in developing client solutions where significant opportunities and/or nonstandard requirements are identified, ensuring consistency with J.P. Morgan Chase Morgan Treasury Services strategy and capabilities.
  • Contributes expertise to defining new J.P. Morgan Chase Receivables solutions in conjunction with Product, Operations and Technology development.
  • Project management skills required to roll out new products or services for Lockbox/Receivables Support and Implementation teams.
  • May coordinate and manage internal and external parties to deliver the solution within the required timeline for the client.
  • Understanding of technical systems to support the team in managing the client's implementations
  • Provide ad-hoc support in planning and implementation of high profile and/or large volume projects within the team which may include attending client meetings
  • Control the team’s processes and procedures by assuring they are compliant with the company standards.
  • Accountability for Receivables Operations Implementation end to end process.
  • Coach & develop staff
  • Provide off hour support for Release coverage on a rotating schedule and some travel may be required

 

Skills required are intermediate:
  • Minimum 3 years supervisory/management experience, preferably in a Lockbox production environment or other bank operations environment is recommended
  • Ability to lead, direct, and be visible and accessible to staff
  • Demonstrates professionalism and good judgment at all times
  • Acts with initiative and enthusiasm
  • Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines

Technical knowledge with the following:
  • PC/Workstation usage skills in a Windows environment are required
 
Knowledge required is intermediate:
  • Understanding of EPOS, Payconnexion, Consolidated Receivables and other Receivables Edge products a plus
  • Business processes and procedures
  • Knowledge of Product and Business software applications
