Chase Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) serves nearly 60 million households and 4 million small businesses with a broad range of financial services, including personal banking, small business banking and lending, mortgages, credit cards, payments, auto finance and investment advice.
Consumer & Community Banking consists of the following lines of business:

Consumer Banking serves customers at 5,200 branches in 23 states, 16,000+ ATMs, online, through mobile and by phone.
Mortgage Banking serves customers primarily through the branches, as well as by telephone and online. Services mortgage loans with combined balances of $845 billion and offers purchase and refinance solutions to first-time and experienced home buyers.
Chase Card Services consists of two businesses: Consumer and Small Business and Commercial Card. The No. 1 credit card issuer in the U.S. based on loans outstanding.
Business Banking provides deposit, credit and cash management services to businesses with annual revenue up to $20 million in 23 Chase footprint states.
Auto Finance provides auto loans indirectly through a national network of automotive dealers and manufacturer clients, as well as directly to consumers through bank branches and chase.com. Chase also provides commercial loans and floorplan financing to auto dealers.
Merchant Services is the global payment processing and merchant acquiring business for JPMorgan Chase & Co. It processed more than $1 trillion in payments in 2016.

The online and mobile channels for Chase currently support more than 32 million active customers; 9 million customers interact with us daily, making Chase the most visited banking portal in the US. Within Consumer and Community Banking, the Digital IT team is responsible for setting and executing strategies that align with business objectives and drive innovation across Chase Online and Mobile, helping to establish the best Digital banking customer experience in the industry.

The Digital Technology team is searching for an Infrastructure Project Manager.

 

Job Description:

  • Technology project management experience needed. Must be able to assess needs, document and follow through with small and large project efforts from beginning through completion.
  • Develop project plans and execution approaches for a number of initiatives that are defined by client requirements and specifications.
  • Must have understanding of server infrastructure and connectivity.
  • Should be able to work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues.
  • Experience in agile software environment a plus. 
  • Monitor ongoing projects to evaluate progress and take action if any issues arise. 
  • Work with QA Manager and testing team to ensure thorough testing of modules/applications/interfaces.
  • See projects to completion within terms of SLA.
  • Bachelor degree, specialized training or equivalent work experience
  • 7 years of overall experience and 4+ years of combined business, project management, team leadership and IT experience required
  • Experience managing projects in multiple areas of technologies, functions (e.g. transaction management, risk management etc.) and industries
  • Knowledge of Agile Methodologies and Standards
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, firewalls, and server monitoring needed - Splunk and Dynatrace experience a plus. 
  • Knowledge and experience using project management software such as Microsoft Project, Project Workbench, PMI, etc.
  • Experience managing geographically distributed and culturally diverse work-groups with strong team management, leadership and coaching skills
  • Project Management Certification a plus
  • Knowledge of outsourcing methodologies and operating models, and experience working with vendors / professional services firms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills; can handle large workloads and tight deadlines; able to develop strong client relationships; confident when working with professional services firms.
  • Ability to develop strong client relationships
