CIB Vendor Management Role
 
 
Job Role & Responsibilities:
The role offers an opportunity to work in a challenging and dynamic business environment where incumbent will partner closely with Operations and Projects workgroups to establish and nurture 3rd Party relationship supporting business priorities
 
Among other responsibilities, the incumbent will be expected to 
  • Maintain and develop portfolio of vendor relationships to support delivery of regulatory & other strategic business programs from time to time.
  • Build & leverage robust network with Global Sourcing, TPO and IAS to effective and efficiently onboard vendors
  • Partner with ITRM and internal Control groups to ensure complete compliance to JPMorgan’s Risk Management Practices & Policies by the vendor partners and their staff.
  • Establish effective Governance platform and partner with Operations to implement rigor of adequate performance review & controls
  • Provide leadership team with regular information & adequate transparency around numbers, performance & billing through a robust framework of Management Information System.
  • Establish an objective framework to measure performance against KPI, KRI & Health of Service Indicator such as Attrition, Cost, SLA Compliance and demonstrate tangible progress.
  • Manage Vendor selection & management through competitive RFP/Reverse Auction processes
  • Plan & facilitate Vendor IT and Security audits and Third-party reviews
  • Custody of all service level contracts and other documents with vendors and ensure their timely renewal.
  • Ensuring timely preparation and maintenance of all compliance related documents of the vendors and Making all central contracts with the help of legal and getting same approved.
  • Create and periodically update all data related to vendor rates, vendor’s payments and vendor costs. Keep updated data for analysis and dashboards as per the requirement of management 
 
 
Qualifications & Skills
    • Masters or Bachelors Degree with relevant & equivalent experience.
    • Experience in dealing with Vendors Partners
    • The incumbent should possess conceptualization skills with implementation capabilities.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to work with senior management.
    • Experience & knowledge of project management methodologies/ discipline.
    • Knowledge of standard desktop applications: MS Office, MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
    • Strong business analysis and data/ information management skills through strong knowledge of Excel (i.e. use of pivot tables, macros, arrays, etc). 
  • Ability to work with tight timelines and in demanding and dynamic environment.
    • Ability to influence and direct activities or resources outside of direct control.
  • Attention to details.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and must be able to work independently as part of a small high impact team.
    • Must be able to prioritize workload and adapt to changing demands.
    • Demonstrated ability to create a collaborative environment by creating a strong network to achieve the desired result.
