Job Description:
Responsible for call handing, clients greeting, developing continuous improvements in the area and cost reduction initiatives in the bidding process. Responsible for vendor’s on-boarding, reports related to the job. , TPO support, invoices input, reception, meeting and events planning with clients.

  • Control of the inactive/dead file
  • Business Administrator or related field
  • Strong MS Office skills (Office, Outlook, Explorer, Oracle)
  • English (medium comprehension, lecture and righting)
  • A minimum of 3 year experience
