Job Description:
Our Consumer & Community Banking Group depends on innovators like you to serve nearly 66 million consumers and over 4 million small businesses, municipalities and non-profits.  You’ll support the delivery of award winning tools and services that cover everything from personal and small business banking as well as lending, mortgages, credit cards, payments, auto finance and investment advice. This group is also focused on developing and delivering cutting edged mobile applications, digital experiences and next generation banking technology solutions to better serve our clients and customers.
  • Primary point of contact to proactively identify upcoming CEO projects for the next Consumer Card release. 
  • Utilize PPL, Demand Management and Consumer Card Execution lead reporting extracts as inputs to help to capture this information.
  • Engage non-CARD Demand Management and CARD x-LOB portfolio mangers to confirm resource commitment and BOW alignment for a given release. 
  • There may have to be trade-off discussions to ensure alignment across CCB. 
  • Collaborate with Card Demand Management and Consumer Card Project Execution Lead as escalation point for non-card Demand Management xLOB resource commitment / capacity concerns.
  • CARD IT Portfolio Manager is primary point of escalation for any portfolio-specific capacity concerns.
  • Work with LOB ADM, Product Owner and Scrum Masters (where applicable) to ensure release readiness (2 sprints) prior to upcoming release. 
  • Responsible for driving the sprint teams to be in “ready” state 2 weeks before 1st sprint of the release, which means stories are fully refined and added to sprint backlog, and reporting on the backlog.
  • Ensure engagement of IT Matrix BSA Manager [for pre-IM matrix creation/ BSA engagement] when ramping up stories for upcoming sprint. 
  • Need to minimize duplication of efforts and increase collaboration across teams.   
  • Must facilitate Reporting to highlight the aspects above. 



  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in managing Information Technology projects. 
  • 2+ years of experience leading IT programs  
Preferred Skills:
  • Ability to take and understand his commitment to deliver the product on time.
  • Know about the value of metrics and incremental delivery.
  • Knowledge about tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and user stories etc.
  • Familiar with common development practices, Service oriented environments, and Agile practices.
