Position Description:
The Client Data & Reporting Team, located in Newark, Delaware is looking for a Project Analyst to provide support to the project manager for the testing and review of business requirements, new product offerings, business funded initiatives, as well as support on-going enhancements to existing applications used and supported by the teams.  The candidate may participate in multiple projects or initiatives across various geographic locations.  Projects will involve stakeholders from and have impact to functions across multiple lines of business.  Project work typically has a substantial impact on the corporation/LOB and is geared towards revenue enhancement, cost reduction, risk mitigation, process improvement or other priorities as defined by management.  Ad hoc requests in addition to scheduled activities are likely. 
  • Drafting and reviewing business requirements, test execution plan and UAT standardized test cases to be leveraged during UAT
  • Test new functionality and enhancements made to the various systems used by the teams
  • Coordinate UAT (user acceptance testing) across all impacted teams within the CD&R Space.
  • Facilitate UAT status update meetings including distributing minutes and ensuring all actions are closed out in a timely manner
  • Managing Projects via approved tracking toolsets and facilitate issue/defect tracking, metrics and status reporting
  • Partner with technology to ensure the design and build requirements meet business needs
  • Identifying controls and opportunities, providing suggestions to improve existing processes
  • Project activity/testing may require weekend work

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize issues / workload
  • Ability to come up to speed quickly on new subject matter
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, specifically Excel, Visio, Project and Power Point
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience a plus
