Global Supplier Services (GSS)
JPMorgan Chase seeks to do business with suppliers who provide the best price, quality and capability to meet our business needs.  With nearly 1000 team members in 11 countries, our Global Supplier Services (GSS) organization works proactively with line of business colleagues to identify capable suppliers, lead the competitive sourcing process and negotiate and contract with the chosen suppliers.  Leveraging firm-wide buying power and controlling risk are consistent overarching goals.  GSS then ensures that the contracted goods and services can be obtained by our employees in an efficient, cost-effective manner globally.
 
Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
The Supplier Relationship Management function within GSS partners with all lines of business to ensure that JPMC is realizing maximum value from relationships with third parties.  This involves design and launch of a firm wide program to strategically manage and govern these important relationships as well as partnership with the Corporate and Investment Bank, Commercial Bank, Asset Management and Consumer Bank to ensure holistic and coordinated relationship management.
 
Position Summary
Reporting to the Head of SRM, the primary function of the SSP Program Analyst role is to help support the Gold, QPS, and Front Office RM programs to implement, analyse and manage key aspects of the programs including Supplier Experience Survey, Banker Survey, and day to day operations of the Gold, QPS, and Gold Path Supplier Programs.  This also includes creation of collateral that enables the team to socialize the objectives and accomplishments of the programs, analysis and delivery on program work streams, as well as communications and engagement activities to promote the program.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Help execute, analyze, and socialize results of annual Supplier Experience Survey
  • Help execute, analyze, and socialize results of annual Banker Survey
  • Act as a ‘right hand’ to the Gold, QPS, and Gold Path leads ensuring follow through on all commitments and the appropriate level of engagement with all key stakeholders
  • Support the team in creation of top notch collateral to leverage to socialize the program strategy, insights, and accomplishments
  • Perform all responsibilities in line with policies and procedures agreed with legal and compliance
  • 3-5 years of relevant industry experience, ideally coupled with stakeholder management, commercial management, third party relationship engagement (client or supplier) experience
  • Strong data measurement and analytical skills
  • Proven track record driving a change agenda
  • Very strong project management skills
  • Extremely strong strategy, communications skills enabling the team to tell its story (verbally and written)
  • Must be confident -- possessing a strength of personality and intellect to gain the respect of demanding business heads, stakeholders, team members
  • Excellent client relationship, engagement and influencing skills with
    • Internal stakeholders at all levels
    • Senior management
    • Front Office
    • External partners
  • Must have a collaborative and participative management style. Professionalism, sensitivity, discretion and sound decision-making skills allied with the ability to interact at all levels including senior executive level are essential
