Position Summary:
The Business Card Process Manager will be responsible for oversight and management of the end to end process that supports compliance with certain regulatory obligations.
The individual in this role will be part of the Business Card Team and will be responsible for identifying and tracking missing attestation forms for acquired customers. The role also requires communication with Business Banking – Bankers and Branch Managers – to alert them of, and follow up on, missing forms for their customers. Key attributes include the ability to effectively communicate and interact with business leaders, and other business and operations support resources within Card and Business Banking, the ability to effectively manage data to drive the process – including executing queries and processing the data in Excel, and accurately handling accounts based on current procedures.  This individual will report into the Business Card Marketing Controls Manager.
 
Roles & Responsibilities
·         Run daily queries to identify missing forms; track and manage interactions with Business Banking and/or Operations; manage accounts maintenance as necessary
·         Adherence to SOPs, quality, productivity, policies and compliance guidelines & standards
·         Responsible for meeting compliance and process deliverables with a high level of timeliness and accuracy
·         Identify and escalate priority issues
·         Provide administration support, tracking, and reporting as required

Qualification and Experience
·         3-5 years related experience
·         Experience in an Operations environment (preferably with a focus on the Controls framework)
·         Experience in SAS, SQL; advanced Microsoft Excel user
·         Proficiency using the following Card systems a plus: ACAPS, Rows, C3, CA, Ivault
·         Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
·         Proven project management skills
