Wealth Management Operations supports the JPMorgan Private Bank. The Private Bank is the world’s premier service provider for ultra and high net worth individuals. Our goal is to help these affluent individuals across the globe optimize their wealth, after taxes and across generations. Wealth Management Operations provides end-to-end support for all aspects of the client experience, working closely with client service, fiduciary, product specialty groups, third party vendors and other internal groups.
We are looking to for an Analyst to join our Middle Office team supporting the Managed Solutions and Strategy (MSS) business. MSS develops and manages the discretionary product offering of J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, responsible for ~$300B in client assets under management. Middle Office team members are responsible for completion of daily support activities, resolution of ad hoc inquiries and participation in various types of projects (e.g. process improvements, technical enhancements, product launches, etc.) As an Analyst, you will be responsible for providing ongoing support to the Managed Solutions Portfolio Management teams, partnering loosely with technology and operation teams as well as Compliance, Supervisory Management, Audit and Risk. To be successful, the selected candidate must have a background in process design and engineering as well as relevant product and investment knowledge and a strong ability in Excel (i.e. use of functions, pivot tables etc.). Responsibilities are likely to include but not be limited to:
Conducting ongoing data validation tests to ensure the data integrity of the systems & Coordinating system availability
Fielding client e-mails and calls regarding trading, systems, data issues and general inquiries and following up for resolution.
Addressing all Business and Operations Management reporting requests.
Facilitating client and performance reporting quarterly processes
Additional responsibilities include support of projects impacting our Business and their systems / tools, by:
Partnering with Business, Operations, Compliance, and Technology to define solutions for new business requirements.
Crafting training materials and facilitating end-user training sessions,
Reviewing current state operating models and recommending process improvements to reduce operational risk.
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial services, preferably Operations or Middle Office.
- Must be highly disciplined, a self-starter, and have the ability to execute on assignments independently.

- Strong organizational, analytical, and complex problem solving skills.
- Team player and adaptable to a changing environment.
- Ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently.
- Ability to communicate end-user/system issues to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff.
