Job Description:

Primary point of contact with direct oversight to front desk reception area for Wealth Management Mortgage Operations Westmont campus.  Responsible for greeting employees, and greeting/directing guests appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival and ensures employee badge access adherence.  Assist with access to suite for approved vendors and building facilities team as needed during working business hours. 

Receptionist Job Duties:

·        Welcomes employees and visitors by greeting them, in person or via telephone

·        Maintains welcoming, safe and clean reception area by complying with Front of House procedures; set and maintain a positive first impression for campus

·        Ensure coverage (and back-up coverage as needed) during working business hours

·        Direct visitors as needed to appropriate locations, maintain logbook, escalate non-compliance issues or security concerns to onsite management team  

·        Contributes to team effort by assisting with management team meetings and onsite employee engagement events

·        Assist with identifying, submitting and monitoring requests to property management for facility related matters and escalations

·        Opportunity to assist with calendar management, travel arrangements and travel and expense statements/reports for management team

·        Ensure appropriate supply stock and materials for break rooms and café areas for campus
