Job Description:
This is a client facing role where you will interact with a client’s business and technical resources. We support new and existing clients with complex and semi-complex implementations related to treasury services/cash management.  Consult with clients to understand technical needs and provide solution for those needs.  Candidate must be able to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams (internal and client) and manage complex implementations that may take months to be completed and have multiple phases. The Implementation Manager/Project Manager will discuss the requirements but also manage other phases as setup and user acceptance testing. Work with technical business partners to ensure they understand client requirements.  Ensure all approvals, sign-offs and client documentation is obtained. Candidate must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent client facing skills are essential. Candidate should be familiar with treasury services products (US dollar products, especially), Project Management, technical skills (Host-to-host and file formats) as so ability to work in a dynamic and remote environment (clients and internal partners will be located outside his/her location).  Candidate should be adept at communicating with technical and non-technical resources. Infrequent travel may be required. The Implementation Manager/Project Manager will cover mostly complex implementations from Mexican clients but semi-core requests will also part of his/her inventory.

•BA or BS Preferred
•Treasury Services/Cash Management experience (Minimum 5 years)
