POSITION SUMMARY:
The Tax Operations Risk and Control Analyst will be part of the Tax Operations Control team
which provides support and governance over the control environment across U.S. Tax Operations. 
 
Broad responsibilities include: managing Control Reviews, supporting RCSA / OLO / COI / Reg 9 reviews / User Tools / Business Resiliency / Document Retention. Review and reporting of Key Metrics, Coordinating Compliance Testing and Regulatory reviews, provide Third Party Provider oversight, manage Audit Requests from internal and external partners, and reviewing policies and procedures to ensure they meet control standards.
 
This role requires a close working relationship with the U.S. Tax Operations management, as well as collaboration with a number of WM Operations and corporate partners.   The position requires direct interface across all levels of management so intermediate-advanced communications competency is required.  Strong time management and organizational skills are essential to success in this role, as well as the ability to identify the need to escalate when appropriate.
 
Experience
  • Experience in risk management, metrics management, business management or other roles with coordination responsibilities across a diverse set of stakeholders
  • Experience with operations and product support preferred
  • Experience in managing projects preferred
  • Experience in direct interface with Senior Management / Senior Leadership
