Job Description:
We are actively seeking a Business Analyst to conduct reporting and analytics of survey results across Chase’s mortgage line of business. Our team has responsibility for creating a structure that consistently measures the right customer experience. This position will be focused on translating results from that measurement into insights that will drive the right experience strategies across key customer touchpoints. In this role, the individual will have the unique and challenging opportunity to influence critical initiatives that will impact our customer's experience with Chase.

Key Responsibilities:
- Report, analyze and communicate results from surveys focused on customer experience and loyalty
- Synthesize large volumes of data into actionable insights to influence business and interaction strategies
- Partner with key card products and functional areas to provide insights and advise on initiatives to drive improvements in
customer satisfaction (CSAT) and loyalty (NPS)
- Evaluate the impact that business changes and initiatives have on key satisfaction and loyalty metrics
- Marketing research analyst experience in customer survey analytics preferred (not required)
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (statistics, applied economics, finance, mathematics, computer science); advanced degree in these quantitative disciplines and/or MBA preferred
- 1-3 years analytics experience within a customer centric industry
- Superior analytic and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment with tight timelines
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in SAS, Python, or R and use of various analytical tools and techniques
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
